I have never had the need to be represented until now. I had found out I was upside down in my Condo, I was being waffled back and forth by the bank while trying to short sale my home. I asked Jennifer to help me out with the Deed in Lieu of foreclosure, she gave me a quote. I hired her to make sure my best interest was protected, she went above and beyond. Jennifer Ha Attorney at Law was there to help us along the way; even though we dragged out the chapter 7 case further then it should have taken for lack of funds, in my opinion. Several things could have sped it up. Jennifer was there to help with questions and continued to process the case a quickly as possible.
