Lin Tran-Layton was my attorney for EB-2 category Green card application. I just got my green card last week. She did an excellent job. No RFI's. I would highly recommend her. Great job Linh!
Jennifer Ha was very helpful with all the cases she and the firm handled for me. I am very pleased with the service I received and I will definitely recommend Jennifer to anyone needing legal services.
Help me out when things looked grim and I needed help with a legal issues that was stupid and be able to get through it
Attorney Jennifer Ha helped solve my legal problems quickly - she is very knowledgeable in all areas of law. The location is great too. I will always call on her in the future.
At first filing bankruptcy had me nervous and scared. Jenifer Ha made the whole experience simple and smooth. She was on the ball with every situation and her staff, hands down are the best. JLJ Law Group thank you so much for your professionalism. I would certainly recommend you to anyone looking to file a chapter 7 or chapter 13.
I became a client of Jennifer Ha. From my experience going through the green card process with my lawyer, I was greatly impressed by the efficiency with which our lawyer handled our case. Any queries that I may have was answered in a timely manner. From the moment of consultation, all I can say is two thumbs up. Every step of this process was managed professionally. I know a lot of firms can provide quality and professional services, but only few can make you feel like someone is taking good care of you. Jen, Thanks for the help. You've been doing an outstanding job all the way. I will always be grateful for the support you provided me.
Jennifer is an amazing lawyer. She made me feel at ease and made the whole process a better experience.
Linh Tran- Layton did a great job on my case. She was professional and the process did not take long.
Attorney Linh Tran-Layton represented me in my recent divorce. She was readily available, responsive, professional and helpful. She was able to complete my divorce quickly and keep the cost down so that it wasn’t as much of a financial burden as it could have been. I highly recommend her for anyone who is looking for a reasonably-priced, competent attorney.
During the arduous process of immigration, Linh was there for me and my husband. We began the process of immigration in February of 2016; however, I began my discussions with Linh almost 2 years before that. I had many questions and concerns. I was a visa overstay and I was weighing the odds between leaving everything as the status quo or bringing my status up-to-date. Events towards the end of 2015 and the beginning of 2016 pushed me to deciding to pursue the marriage based green card option. I had been living with my partner for 6 years by January of 2016 and we were engaged. We married in February and thus began, in earnest, the process. Linh, at all times was professional, I would call with concerns and she would take the call at a moments notice and help to alleviate stress. I would set up meetings with very little notice and again, she was always professional, knowledgeable, and quite smart. I cannot speak highly enough of the calming influence of Linh and her firm. They all understand the immense pressure and stress under which you are suffering and they are there to alleviate as much of that stress as they can. Linh was able to answer all of my questions. She would research odd situations that were part of my case for immigration and come back to me with compelling answers and the correct way to proceed. I cannot underestimate my level of stress during the months of April-August. My stress prevented me from sleeping, but Linh helped by providing a reassuring and calm demeanor in the face of everything me and my husband were facing. On August 30th I had my interview for the green card marriage based and was approved and 10 days later I received the green card in the mail. I owe the success of this case to Linh and her firm, without them, I would have floundered. An attorney is absolutely necessary with immigration cases. There are too many obstacles and pitfalls one must tackle and doing so alone could spell disaster for your case. Do not tackle it on your own. Seek the advice of an experienced and knowledgeable attorney like Linh who will guide you every step of the way. I thank you, my husband thanks you. You have helped to make our dreams of legal immigration a reality.
