No one ever thinks that one day they will have to file for bankruptcy. It's a very hard pill to swallow, filled with shame, embarrassment, extreme stress and anxiety. I tried so hard to deal with all the debt collectors and pay all my debts on my own but was unsuccessful. They're harassment was never ending and extremely underhanded. I let this go on for years because I was scared that I would lose everything, which was hardly anything to begin with. During the arduous process of immigration, Linh was there for me and my husband. We began the process of immigration in February of 2016; however, I began my discussions with Linh almost 2 years before that. I had many questions and concerns.
